What We Offer
EXTERIOR PAINTING
Most exteriors take three to five working days, weather permitting. We watch the forecast and we won't start a coat we can't finish dry — Florida summer afternoons don't negotiate.
Nothing ages a Florida home faster than its exterior. UV, humidity, salt air, and afternoon downpours attack the finish from every direction and a paint job that skipped the prep starts showing it in eighteen months. We repaint stucco, block, and wood-sided homes across Tampa Bay, and we do the unglamorous work underneath the color that decides how long it lasts.Full pressure wash and surface cleaning
Scraping and sanding of any failing or peeling areas
Caulking of joints, seams, and trim gaps
Spot priming of bare, patched, and stained areas
Two coats of premium exterior coating, rated for Florida sun
Soffit, fascia, doors, shutters, and garage door as specified in your quote
Full protection of windows, landscaping, driveways, and screens
Daily cleanup and a final walkthrough with you
INTERIOR PAINTING
A few rooms take two to three days. A whole-house interior usually runs four to five. We work around your schedule, and you don't need to be home.
Interior painting is judged on a level of detail nobody thinks about until it's wrong — the cut line where the wall meets the ceiling, the crispness of the trim, whether there's a speck of wall color on your baseboard. That's where we compete, and it's why we'd rather do fewer jobs properly than more jobs fast.Furniture moved to the center and covered; floors fully protected
Patching of nail holes, dings, and minor drywall damage
Caulking of trim gaps and cracks
Priming of patches, stains, and any significant color change
Two coats of premium interior coating on every surface quoted
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets as specified
Your home put back together and vacuumed at the end of each day
Final walkthrough with you before we ask for the balance
CABINET PAINTING
Four to six days for a typical kitchen. Your boxes stay usable throughout, and you'll have doors back on before the weekend.
New cabinets in a typical Tampa Bay kitchen run twenty to forty thousand dollars. A sprayed finish on the cabinets you already have costs a fraction of that and changes the room just as completely provided it's done properly. Done improperly, it peels off the doors within a year. The difference is entirely in the prep.Doors and drawer fronts removed, labeled, and finished off-site or in a controlled space
Full degreasing — the single most-skipped step, and the reason most cabinet jobs fail
Sanding and scuffing of every surface to give the primer something to grip
Bonding primer formulated for cabinetry
Two sprayed coats of a durable cabinet-grade finish
Boxes and face frames finished in place, fully masked
Doors rehung straight, hardware reinstalled, hinges adjusted
